Organizations that are applying as teams need only provide one narrative, and one MOU. You will need the CCVS budget form and cover sheet to accompany the application. Please request the budget form and cover sheet at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be emailed back to you. Each applicant organization will need to provide a copy of their audits, confidentiality notice forms, and conflict of interest policy.
We are doing this to abide by the belief of the Office on Violence Against Women, that services are better when there is competition amongst the applicants. This is a process that we are embarking upon once every four years to align with the STOP Implementation Plan cycle, and to give all counties in the state the opportunity to apply for this resource.
