National Crime Victims' Rights Week 2023

The theme for National Crime Victims' Rights Week (NCVRW) 2023 is 'Survivor Voices: Elevate, Engage, Effect Change'. To honor this important theme, the Vermont Center for Crime Victim Services with the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Vermont will be holding an in-person advanced workshop on Friday, April 28th.
The workshop, "Best Practices for Compassionately Engaging Survivor Voices", will focus on topics such as how to be victim-centered when elevating survivor stories, to what end do we want survivors to tell their stories, unique ways to engage survivors, and more.
To attend the morning workshop and lunch, registration is required. To Register, click here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BPQX99Q
To attend Jennifer Storm's keynote message and the NCVRW Award Ceremony, no advance registration is needed. This portion of the event is open to the public.
