Access to attorney representation and advocacy has a tremendous impact on the lives of crime victims and the greater community. CCVS supports legal services for crime victims through the newly-formed Vermont Legal Services Partnership, on-going funding for legal service providers throughout the state, and through partnerships with the Vermont Bar Association and private practitioners.  Victims, survivors and advocates can go to https://vtlawhelp.org/victims-of-crime for assistance finding legal help.

You can find information about the legal rights of Vermont crime victims on our Victim Rights page or refer to this quick guide of the Vermont statutes.

Information about upcoming trainings and opportunities to connect with professionals in other disciplines is available on our Events page.
