Programmatic Reporting

STOP and SASP Annual Progress Reporting:
STOP and SASP subgrantees are required to submit their annual progress reports online by February 15 of each year. The reporting period reflects the work that you accomplished under these two grant programs from January to December in the previous calendar year. All subgrantees will be provided with a unique URL to direct them to their individual program report. Instructions for completing these reports can be found here:
VOCA Quarterly Data Report
All VOCA subaward recipients are required to report on their programmatic data. This information needs to be reported in the US Department of Justice’s Performance Measurement Platform on a quarterly basis.
Quarter Report Due from Subgrantee:
- Quarter 1 (July 1 – September 30) is due October 31
- Quarter 2 (October 1 – December 31) is due January 31
- Quarter 3 (January 1 – March 31) is due April 30
- Quarter 4 (April 1 – June 30) is due July 30

Annual Data Report for Supervised Visitation Programs
All Supervised Visitation Programs are required to report their program data once a year. In order to reduce the burden on our subgrantees we have aligned their dates to the federal fiscal period of October 1 to September 30. These are due on January 30 of the following year.
